Recommendations

for Use and Preventive Measures in the Apartment

In order to avoid unpleasant situations and to ensure the safe and proper use of the apartment, please consider the following recommendations:

1.

Apartment safety and damage prevention

During the cold season, please do not leave doors or windows open and unattended, in order to avoid freezing of the installations. Freezing may lead to pipe bursts and flooding inside the apartment. Additionally, during rainy periods, there is a risk of water entering the apartment in case of heavy rainfall.

It is recommended to keep insect screens closed, in order to prevent damage to them or the entry of water and impurities.

2.

Use of terraces

Do not leave parasols and umbrellas opened or other unsecured objects (sun loungers, trampolines, etc.) on terraces during extreme weather conditions (strong winds, heavy rain). These may be damaged and may pose a risk of injury to people at ground level.

If there are electrical consumers on terraces (heaters, equipment connected to water), they must be switched off when not in use.

Only electric heaters are permitted on terraces. The use of heaters with gas cylinders is not allowed, for safety reasons.

3.

Fire prevention

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Do not use open-flame products inside the apartments (candles, lit cigarettes, fireplaces, etc.).

4.

Safe use of electrical appliances

Avoid simultaneous use of high-energy-consuming appliances (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing station). There is a risk of exceeding the approved power capacity for the apartment, which may lead to power outages and overloading of the electrical network.

Always supervise electrical appliances that are connected to power, such as iron or ironing stations, radiators or electric heaters.

5.

Maintenance of household appliances and kitchen equipment

For proper operation and an extended service life of the equipment, we recommend the following:
For the dishwasher, use special salt in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

For the clothes dryer, clean the filters and empty the water tank after each use.

For the kitchen sink, do not dispose of food leftovers or solid fats, as this may block the drain; the food waste disposer, where applicable, should be used for small vegetable leftovers.

For efficient operation of the kitchen hood, it is recommended to switch it on 5–10 minutes before cooking, keep a window open during operation (to ensure air compensation), use lids on cooking pots, and periodically check and clean the filters, depending on the frequency of use.

6.

Care of shower and washbin faucets

After each use, rinse the surfaces to remove residues and dry with a soft microfiber cloth to prevent water marks. Clean with warm water and, when necessary, mild liquid soap. Avoid abrasive products or those containing acids (citric or acetic), bleach, vinegar or alcohol, as well as abrasive sponges or harsh materials. Periodically clean aerators and shower heads.

7.

Access in unforeseen situations

According to the contract, to avoid unpleasant situations, the Concierge team must keep one spare key to the apartment. If the spare key has been used/ requested by you, please ensure that it is returned to the Concierge team.

We thank you in advance

for complying with these recommendations and for your involvement in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all residents.
