You are invited to this summer’s party, dedicated to the Stejarii Universe community,
on Friday – June 13th, starting at 7 PM.
We will celebrate the spirit of belonging and the privilege of being together,
with Delia, DJ Adrian Saguna, and Chef Florin Dumitrescu.
We haven’t forgotten the little ones. Children above 5 years old, will benefit from activities and workshops related to their age, in the 1st floor Studio – Stejarii Country Club.

All registered persons (adults and children) must be Stejarii Country Club members, due to the club’s policy.

Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the area dedicated to kids. Our team will train the service staff to be vigilant, not to serve alcoholic beverages to minors, but the responsibility for your children, registered and present at the event, is strictly the responsibility of the parents and legal guardians, both in the event area and in the playgrounds specially designed for your children. At the same time, you are responsible for taking over your children from the playgrounds specially arranged for them, until latest 10 PM. By enrolling your children at the event, you accept and agree to the conditions of the event.

Participant’s data will be used for access grant in the day of the event. During the event, ambient photos/videos will be taken without, however, aiming to identify the participants. Some of these photos/videos will be published on our social media pages or on our website for the purpose of promoting the event. However, it is possible that some photos/videos may still capture your image/that of your children. Therefore, participating in the event constitutes your consent to this processing, both for yourself and for your children.
