Who we are and how you can contact us
The www.stejarii.ro website is owned and operated by MASTERANGE ROMANIA S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Masterange” or “we”), with its registered office in Bucharest, Șoseaua Nordului, no. 24-26, 2nd floor, room 25, sector 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2003003330402, CIF RO 15262492.
If you have any questions about cookies and online identifiers, you can contact us at the address above or by emailing the Data Protection Officer, at dataprotection@tiriacimobiliare.ro.
What are cookies and online identifiers
Cookies are small text files placed by the website/web page visited, through the browser, on the device used for browsing (computer, smartphone, etc.), which identify this browser and/or the device when the website/web page is accessed, and plug-ins are small software applications placed by social media platform providers that integrate them when they are included on the website/web page visited.
Whenever someone first browses or returns to our website, these small files in their browser communicate with the server that placed the cookie. These identifiers can thus provide a number of services – for example, they can remember which language settings and display font size the visitors prefer, whether the website is accessed by a human user or a botnet, in which case online alerting and security tools can be triggered, etc.
Who can place cookies and identifiers online
Cookies and online identifiers may be placed, when someone browses our website, by our server itself (first-party cookies) or by third-party domains (third-party cookies), for example, plug-ins placed by social platforms and which receive a signal when our website gets visited, but similarly they also receive it when the same user visits other websites that have that plug-in integrated.
Third-party cookies are usually placed to facilitate the provision of online advertising and the tracking of the effectiveness of its results. Since 2020, they have evolved towards new ways of interacting with users of various websites, such as Privacy Sandbox or Google Consent Mode, which for example allows websites to run Google-based services based on the consent expressed by the website user.
You can find out which cookies or other first-party or third-party identifiers we use and details of the data collected and how they are used by studying our detailed List of Cookies, where you can also express your options.
What are the purposes and grounds for the use of cookies
Cookies are considered necessary when they are used exclusively for the purpose of transmitting a communication through an electronic communications network or when the operations performed by cookies run in order to provide an information society service (e.g. access to the website), expressly requested by the user. For this type of cookies, the user’s consent is not required, because it serves both his/her interest (allowing the communication and/or other requested service) and the legitimate interest of the owner of the website and, as the case may be, compliance with the law, which may impose cybersecurity requirements.
Preference cookies are used to remember the preferences of the website/page user, so that choosing preferences again in case of a subsequent visit is no longer necessary. Analysis and statistical cookies indicate whether and how the website has been previously visited. Advertising/marketing cookies are used for online advertising. All categories of cookies/online identifiers, except those necessary, can only be placed and used based on your consent, as a user.
There may be other categories of cookies, but as a general rule, they can only be placed and used with the consent of the person visiting the respective website.
For details on these categories of cookies/online identifiers, the purpose of each, the basis of use, as well as in order to express your choices, please see our detailed List of Cookies. Please note that by accessing our Cookies and Services module, you can always opt to withdraw your consent, in which case your data will no longer be processed in the future.
At any time you can check the current status of your consent, as well as change the option by accessing the cookie module by clicking on the icon visible on each page of this website, in the lower left corner.
How long a cookie is kept
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain activated, according to the type and consent expressed, for the period set and displayed in our detailed List of Cookies, if you do not opt to delete it prior to the expiration of that timeline. Please be informed that Masterange renews cookie consent requests at least once a year, according to its policy.
To whom and where the collected data may be transmitted
MASTERANGE ROMANIA S.R.L., as the operator of the website, has access to the data associated with the online identifiers and uses them according to the legislation in force. We may pass such data on to partners and service providers, for example, our advertising agency, consultants, etc.
Third-party cookies and similar services are controlled by the entities that place them, and we urge you to review their terms and conditions to learn more about their use. You can find out details about the recipients of the data in our detailed List of Cookies.
How you can control cookies and online identifiers
You are in control – you can review the detailed information about the online identifiers and services integrated within our website and choose whether or not to use them, or change your option by accessing anytime our detailed List of Cookies, except for necessary cookies.
Please note that online identifiers are integrated with some services, which is why our detailed List of Cookies provides details and choices regarding services. For example, Google has a number of services that rely on cookies, but depending on the choice you make, it either collects full data (when you give your consent) or only anonymous data (if you don’t give your consent).
You also retain the technically easily accessible option to configure your browser to reject cookies or accept cookies only from certain pages, as well as to delete existing cookies. You can find out more, depending on which browser you’re using, at:
Cookie settings in Internet Explorer
Cookie settings in Microsoft Edge
Cookie settings in Chrome pentru Desktop
Cookie settings in Chrome pentru Android
Please note that disabling cookies may make this website more difficult to visit, resulting in limitations on your usability. Also, disabling cookies does not mean that you will no longer receive online advertising – just that it will not be tailored to your preferences and interests, as it results from the browsing.
What other rights do you have with regard to your personal data?
Please review Our policy on the processing of personal data to learn more about your rights and how you can exercise them. To exercise your options as regards cookies and online identifiers, please visit Our detailed list of Cookies. When you make requests regarding the processing of your personal data through cookies, similar technologies and/or services incorporating them, please indicate also the ID for consent requests, which is a randomly generated string that you find in the banner that opens by clicking on the icon visible on each page of this website, in the bottom left corner.
Duration of application of this Notice
This Notice applies from 28.01.2026 and may be modified at any time by MASTERANGE ROMANIA S.R.L., the simple publication on the website marking the entry into force and applicability of the new version.
